Cameroon forward Simon Ngoh begins new chapter with SCM Zalau

Cameroon centre-forward Simon Ngoh has joined Romanian club SCM Zalau from Casric Stars on a free transfer, giving the 26-year-old a new destination as he continues his career outside South Africa.

Ngoh’s move was completed on 27 August 2026, with SCM Zalau confirming the arrival of the attacker after his departure from Casric Stars. The transfer takes the player from his previous club to a new team in Romania without a fee being paid.

The forward’s position is listed as centre-forward, placing him in the central attacking role for his new side. At 26, Ngoh arrives with experience from his time at Casric Stars and now switches clubs as SCM Zalau add a Cameroon international to their squad.

The transfer also represents a change of footballing environment for Ngoh. He leaves Casric Stars and moves to Romania, where he will continue his career with SCM Zalau. The deal was registered at the beginning of the 2026-27 season.

Ngoh was born on 11 November 1999 and holds Cameroonian nationality. His arrival gives SCM Zalau an additional option in attack, while the move provides the player with a fresh opportunity after ending his time with Casric Stars.

No contract length has been announced for the striker, and the transfer was completed without a reported fee. Ngoh is now a SCM Zalau player following his free transfer from Casric Stars.
