Cameron Sainte-Rose joins Jura Sud on free transfer
French-Ivorian winger Cameron Sainte-Rose has joined French club Jura Sud from Slovenia’s NK Svoboda on a free transfer.
The 23-year-old, who plays on the left side of attack, completed the move on 17 August 2026. Sainte-Rose now returns to France’s football system after his spell with NK Svoboda, bringing an end to his time in Slovenia.
Jura Sud have added a player capable of operating as a left winger, with Sainte-Rose’s position clearly defined as his primary role. His arrival gives the club another attacking option for the new campaign, while the absence of a transfer fee makes the deal a cost-free addition to their squad.
Sainte-Rose holds French and Ivorian nationality, giving the move an international dimension as he switches countries within Europe. His career has therefore taken him from a Slovenian club to a French one, with Jura Sud becoming his latest team.
The transfer also represents a return to the country associated with one of Sainte-Rose’s nationalities. At 23, he joins Jura Sud at an age when regular first-team involvement can be important, although no details have been provided about his contract or intended role within the squad.
For NK Svoboda, the move brings Sainte-Rose’s time at the club to a close. For Jura Sud, it secures the services of a left winger without a transfer fee and strengthens their attacking group with an overseas arrival.
Sainte-Rose’s switch was recorded as a completed free transfer from NK Svoboda to Jura Sud on 17 August 2026.
