Camavinga proud after 100 La Liga wins with Real Madrid
Eduardo Camavinga says reaching 100 La Liga victories with Real Madrid is a milestone that reflects both his own growth and the club’s relentless winning mentality.
The 23-year-old hit the mark in 142 league appearances following Madrid’s 1-0 win over Sevilla at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan.
Speaking to Real Madrid TV, Camavinga underlined what the achievement represents for the squad. “This number means we’ve won a lot and we have to keep it up,” he said, stressing that he is “very proud to be here” and always gives everything when he steps onto the pitch. He added that finishing the day on 100 wins makes him happy, and he is already targeting “101 in the next match.”
For Camavinga, playing for Madrid still feels like living out a childhood dream. “It’s always a pleasure and a dream. Ever since my first training session, I’ve wanted to be here since I was a kid,” he explained, noting that every day at Valdebebas is driven by the desire to “win and win titles.”
Looking ahead, he was clear about the club’s ambition: “I think the club’s objective is to win everything… We have to win everything again.” Since joining in 2021, he has already lifted two La Liga titles.
