The programme forms part of CAF’s efforts to strengthen officiating standards ahead of the next Africa U-17 Cup of Nations, with 68 participants named from more than 30 member associations.

Among the referees selected are officials from leading football nations, including Ghana, Nigeria, Egypt, Morocco, South Africa and Cameroon.
