CAF launches first-ever AFCON Diaspora Tour ahead of Morocco 2025
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially unveiled the inaugural TotalEnergies AFCON Morocco 2025 Diaspora Tour, marking a historic first in the tournament’s long-standing tradition.
More than a promotional journey, the tour embodies the heartbeat of African football, celebrating the deep and enduring connection between the continent and its global diaspora.
The tour will first stop in two major cultural cities. It will visit Below the Lights at Piccadilly Circus in London on November 28, and then YOYO at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris on December 4.
These events will bring together fans, legends, and communities to celebrate their shared identity.
The events pay tribute to the powerful bond that links Africa to its children worldwide, a bond strengthened every time a crowd roars, a goal is scored, or an African star rises on the global stage.
This connection is honoured throughout the tour, which reflects the pride and legacy carried by generations of African players who have left their mark across Europe.
At the heart of the tour is the iconic TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations trophy. More than a piece of silverware, it stands as a symbol of unity and continental pride.
Its presence in London and Paris reinforces the message that the AFCON title belongs to Africans everywhere, whether in Casablanca, Lagos, Paris, London, or across the diaspora.
The 2025 Africa Cup of Nations will kick off on December 21, 2025, with the final scheduled for January 18, 2026.
