On November 10, CAF (Confederation of African Football) is set to sign a partnership agreement with the United Nations Regional Office for Central Africa to promote peace in the Central African sub-region. The agreement aims to leverage football, particularly the African Nations Women’s Football Championship, to contribute to the promotion of peace and security in the region. The signing ceremony will take place in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, and involve Abou Moussa, the special representative of the UN Secretary-General for Central Africa, and Issa Hayatou, the President of CAF.
