CAF Confederation Cup: ASKO de Kara beat AS Zam again to reach next round

ASKO de Kara secured qualification from the first preliminary round of the CAF Confederation Cup with a second victory over AS Zam on Sunday.

The Kondonas won the second leg 1-0, completing a 6-0 aggregate success after their 5-0 away victory in the first meeting.

ASKO made a fast start, with Selyane Raib scoring in the second minute to put the Togolese side ahead.

The home team controlled the first half and created several clear chances, but could not add to their lead. AS Zam survived further pressure after the interval, and the score remained unchanged until the final whistle.

ASKO de Kara finish the tie with a perfect record of two wins, six goals scored and none conceded, securing their progress in the CAF Confederation Cup.
