CAF Confederation Cup: AS Douanes beat Hafia FC to reach next round

AS Douanes secured their place in the next round of the CAF Confederation Cup with a 1-0 victory over Hafia FC in Conakry on Saturday.

Mouhsen Bodda scored the only goal of the second-leg tie in the 73rd minute at the Stade du 28-Septembre, settling a match that had been goalless at half-time.

The Mauritanian side advanced 3-2 on aggregate after the teams drew 2-2 in the first leg in Nouakchott. AS Douanes will continue their continental campaign, while Hafia FC exit the competition at the first preliminary round.
