The Executive Committee of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has made several decisions during its meeting, including the allocation of various competitions for the period of 2014-2017. Seychelles will host the 2015 African Beach Soccer Championship, the Democratic Republic of Congo will host the 2015 African Under-23 Championship (U-23), Cameroon will host the 2016 African Women’s Football Championship, and Zambia will host the 2017 African U-20 championship.
CAF has also set indicative periods for the conduct of future competitions. The African Women’s Football Championship, Namibia 2014, will take place from October 11 to 15, 2014. The African U-20 Championship, Senegal 2015, will be held from March 8 to 22, 2015, while the Africa U-17, Niger 2015, is scheduled from May 2 to 16, 2015.
Additionally, the host cities for the Orange Africa Cup of Nations, Morocco 2015, have been officially announced as Rabat, Marrakech, Agadir, and Tangier. Casablanca will serve as a reserve city for this competition scheduled from January 17 to February 7, 2015.
