The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has showered praise on the exceptional goal scored by South African national team player, Mokwena Teboho, with a stunning free-kick against Moroccan goalkeeper Yassine Bono.
Today, CAF shared, via its official “X” platform account, a clip of the second goal for “Bafana Bafana” (South Africa) against the Moroccan national team.
CAF commented on the goal: “No matter how many times you’ve watched Mokwena’s goal, you will surely not get enough of it.”
It’s worth noting that Mokwena Teboho, who plays for Sundowns and the South African national team, scored the second goal for his team with a remarkable direct free-kick from approximately 35 meters in the round of 16 of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations against Morocco last Tuesday.
His contribution helped secure South Africa’s qualification for the quarter-finals of the competition.
