Olympique de Marseille and Napoli have both received fines from UEFA following incidents caused by supporters during their two matches in the UEFA Champions League. Marseille was fined 40,000 euros for various offenses during the October 22 match at the Vélodrome and 18,000 euros for smoke bombs during the match at the San Paolo stadium on November 6. Napoli received fines of 30,000 euros for their match in France and 25,000 euros for the match at home. The incidents involved the throwing of projectiles, insufficient organization, late kick-off, and disturbances caused by the public and smoke bombs.
