Lesley Ugochukwu, 21, joined Chelsea from French Ligue 1 outfit Stade Rennais FC in 2023.
Last season, he was on loan at Southampton and managed to play several matches for the side.
With his future at Chelsea looking bleak, a move to Burnley is expected to provide him with the chance to play regularly to continue his development.
