Burkina Faso complete preparations with full squad ahead of Benin qualifier

The Burkina Faso squad trained together for the first time on Tuesday 22 September 2026, with all of Amir Abdou’s selected players now present at the Stade du 4-Aout in Ouagadougou.

The Etalons are continuing their preparations with two days remaining before their opening match in the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying campaign. The evening session gave Abdou and his technical staff the opportunity to work on their final adjustments with the full group available.

Burkina Faso will host Benin at the Stade du 4-Aout on Friday 25 September in the first round of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
