Göztepe are being linked with a move for FCV Dender EH striker Bruny Nsimba as the Turkish club assess centre-forward options ahead of the next transfer window.

The 25-year-old, who represents both Belgium and Angola at nationality level, is the subject of growing speculation over a switch from the Jupiler Pro League to the Süper Lig, according to data from Transfermarkt. The reported probability of the transfer is currently listed only as “?”, underlining that talks, if any, have yet to reach an advanced or publicly defined stage.

Nsimba’s market value is estimated at €1.50m, a figure that could appeal to Göztepe as they search for relatively affordable attacking reinforcements. With no contract expiry date listed for his current deal at FCV Dender EH, there is also uncertainty over whether the forward could move for a fee or potentially edge towards free-agent status in the near future.

A right-footed centre-forward standing at 1.87m, Nsimba has built his career entirely in Belgium so far. Having come through youth systems at Anderlecht, FCV Dender, KV Mechelen and KRC Genk, he progressed via Jong Genk and Young Reds before reaching Royal Antwerp’s first team. Subsequent spells at SK Beveren and then FCV Dender EH have given him regular senior football and helped push his value up from €50,000 in 2020 to a peak of €2m in mid-2025, before a recent adjustment back down to €1.50m.

The move to Turkey, if it materialises, would mark Nsimba’s first step outside Belgian football and a significant change in competitive environment. A successful switch to the Süper Lig could give the Belgian-Angolan forward a broader platform, shaping the next phase of his career and potentially reviving his market value if he adapts quickly to life in İzmir.
