Bruma: Guinea-Bissau winger joins Marco 09 from Guimaraes B

Marco 09 have signed Guinea-Bissau winger Bruma from Guimaraes B in a move that keeps him in Portugal’s Liga 3. The 21-year-old left-sided attacker has agreed a contract with the club running until 30 June 2027 after completing his switch on 25 July 2026.

Bruma, who stands at 1.82m and prefers to operate from the left flank while playing off his right foot, leaves the B team of Vitoria de Guimaraes to take on a new challenge with AD Marco 09. The move sees him remain at the same level of the Portuguese football pyramid, but with the opportunity to establish himself in a different environment.

Born on 20 January 2005, the Guinea-Bissau international joins Marco 09 at an age where he already has experience in a competitive senior setting. His time with Guimaraes B in Liga 3 helped him adapt to the demands of Portuguese football and will now serve as the foundation for his next step.

By tying Bruma to a deal through to the summer of 2027, Marco 09 have committed to the winger for the medium term, integrating him into their plans for the coming campaigns in Liga 3.
