Brighton expose Arsenal’s defensive flaws with two long-range goals

Brighton took a commanding 3-0 lead over Arsenal on Saturday after exploiting serious defensive weaknesses from the visitors in the fifth round of the Premier League.

Brighton have also benefited from the continued progress of young striker Charalampos Kostoulas. The 19-year-old scored against Arsenal to make it three goals in his past three matches.

His latest goal added to Brighton’s strong attacking display and completed a difficult opening period for Arsenal, who conceded three times while struggling to deal with both long-range shooting and crosses into the area.
