The 25-year-old defender suffered a thigh strain during the team’s victory against Le Havre (1-0) on the 12th day of Ligue 2. Moimbé had been a standout performer for Brestois in previous matches but had to leave the pitch during the Le Havre game in the 81st minute due to the injury. The Franco-Malian player will be in rehabilitation for an estimated three to four weeks, leaving a void in the team’s defensive lineup.
