Zamalek Club has once again been hit with a registration ban by FIFA, this time over unpaid dues to former player Ibrahima Ndiaye.

The ruling, issued under case number 11, confirmed Ndiaye’s entitlement to more than $1.7 million following his exit from the Egyptian giants.

This latest decision adds to a growing list of financial obligations that have seen Zamalek repeatedly restricted from registering new players. A breakdown of recent FIFA-related cases against the club includes:

  • November 3, 2025 – $20,000 each for former goalkeeping coach Luis Vicente Castro, Joao Miguel Guedes, and Andre Stefan Piqué.

  • November 4, 2025 – $133,000 owed to former coach Christian Gross.

  • November 6, 2025 – $120,000 owed to former coach Jose Gomes.

  • December 4, 2025 – $505,000 to former player Ferjani Sassi.

  • December 17, 2025 – $800,000 to Portuguese club Estrela Amadora for installments of Chico Panza’s transfer fee.

  • December 19, 2025 – €170,000 (approx. $202,000) to Belgian side Charleroi over Uday Al-Dabbagh’s transfer.

  • January 15, 2026 – $250,000 to Morocco’s Renaissance Zemamra for Salah Mossadek’s transfer.

  • January 23, 2026 – $800,000 to Ukraine’s FC Oleksandriya for installments related to Juan Bezerra.

  • February 5, 2026 – $1.6 million to Senegalese player Ibrahima Ndiaye.

The ongoing financial disputes continue to put pressure on Zamalek, restricting their ability to strengthen the squad amid their competitive campaigns.
