As previously reported by Africa Top Sports.com, the Ghanaian national team, known as the Black Stars, will be traveling to the World Cup without their wives or girlfriends, as decided by Kwei Nyantekyi, the president of the Football Federation. This decision follows the precedent set in the previous two World Cups.
Now, it appears that another team, Bosnia, will be adopting a similar approach. Their coach, Safet Susic, former PSG coach, has made it clear that there will be no sexual activity permitted during their time in Brazil. Susic stated, “Players will have to make do with their own means. There is always masturbation!”
On the other hand, Brazil’s coach, Scolari, seems to have a more relaxed stance on the matter. He remarked, “If it’s normal sex, fine. If it’s normal, it’s normal, it’s not getting laid too high.” However, he emphasized that certain forms of sexual activity, particularly “acrobatics,” are not acceptable.
This investigation into the attitudes towards players’ sexuality during the World Cup is ongoing and will be followed closely.
