Ronaldinho Eyeing Move to India’s Chennai Titans
Since leaving Atletico Mineiro, Ronaldinho has been without a club. Now, like fellow legends Fredrik Ljungberg, Robert Pirès, David Trezeguet, and Alessandro Del Piero, he could join the Indian football scene. According to The Hindu, Chennai Titans are in talks to sign the former Barcelona star on a two-year deal, with an option for a third year.
This contract would allow Ronaldinho to leave after one year to possibly join the MLS in the USA. Earlier rumors linked him to Thierry Henry’s New York Red Bulls, but that move did not materialize.
