Thousands of foreign fans planning to travel to Brazil to support their teams in the upcoming Football World Cup have received a warning. Brazilian authorities have announced that they will not allow entry to individuals who do not present an up-to-date vaccination record upon arrival.
This precautionary measure aims to prevent the spread of infectious diseases during the 30-day duration of the competition. The initiative comes in response to concerns raised by the World Health Organization (WHO), which conducted a study indicating that the World Cup, scheduled to be held across 12 Brazilian cities, could serve as a breeding ground for various diseases.
