Brazil is taking extensive security measures for the upcoming Confederations Cup. The Brazilian state has enlisted the army to provide security for the opening and closing of the competition. Drones equipped with cameras, radars, and sensors will fly over the stadiums in Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia for surveillance. The Brazilian Air Force (FAB) will deploy two unmanned aircraft for this purpose. The drones will operate at altitudes ranging from 2000 to 500 meters. The Confederations Cup is scheduled to take place from June 15 to June 30.
