The match remained tight until the closing stages, when Oussama Lamlioui broke the deadlock in the 81st minute.
Youssef Mihri doubled the lead for the Oranges in the 90th minute, only for Zemamra to pull one back through an own goal by Abdelhak Assal in stoppage time (90+3).
Renaissance de Zemamra had been reduced to ten men after 30 minutes, following the dismissal of Marouane Moujeddou, leaving the home side under sustained pressure for the remainder of the match.
The win moves RS Berkane level on points with Hassania Agadir in eighth place, each having 14 points from seven matches.
Renaissance de Zemamra remains 11th with 11 points, struggling to recover from the early setback in the contest.
The victory highlighted RS Berkane’s resilience and ability to capitalise on numerical advantage, as the Oranges exploited spaces left by the reduced home side.
Lamlioui’s late strike set up the decisive moment, and Mihri’s finish confirmed the win despite the late own goal, which provided Zemamra a consolation but no momentum shift.
