Botola Pro 1: Raja Casablanca coach Fadlu Davids praises players for victory against Hassania Agadir

The head coach of Raja Casablanca, Fadlu Davids, has heaped praise on his players after their narrow victory over Hassania Agadir in the Moroccan Botola Pro 1.

Speaking in a post-match interview after the game on Sunday, Davids disclosed that his players played to instructions and controlled the game, ensuring they secured all three points.

“I believe that we started the Hassania Agadir match in a good way. We controlled the course of the match and had a large percentage of possession and created many scoring opportunities, and we did not give the opposing team a chance to manoeuvre.

“The players implemented what was asked of them on the field, especially since I asked them to isolate the opposing player after implementing the one-on-one plan, and this enabled us to create a number of scoring opportunities and we were able to score against Hassania early,” Davids said.

Following the win against Hassania Agadir at the Grand Stadium in Agadir, Raja Casablanca are now top of the Moroccan Botola Pro 1 table.
