**FC Sion President Denies Insulting Wahbi Khazri After Bordeaux Match**
Christian Constantin, president of Swiss club FC Sion, has denied reports that he insulted Wahbi Khazri following Bordeaux’s match against the Swiss side.
“I was still in the stands when it happened. Besides, everything is conditional. When I went down at the end of the match to congratulate the team, Khazri was no longer there. I don’t feel at all concerned,” Constantin told *Le Matin*.
The president added that accusations claiming he made offensive remarks in the stadium corridor were mistaken. “Why would I have done it when we were winning and having a perfect evening? There were eight TV crews in the corridors of the stadium and if I had said the words I’m accused of, the images would have been circulating for a long time. I repeat, I wasn’t there.”
Constantin suggested that if insults did occur, it may have been a case of mistaken identity, insisting he had no involvement in the alleged incident.
