Bologna target Feyenoord midfielder Oussama Targhalline in Serie A move

Moroccan midfielder Oussama Targhalline is the subject of a reported move from Feyenoord to Bologna, with the Serie A club linked with a deal for the 24-year-old defensive midfielder.

Targhalline joined Feyenoord from Le Havre in February 2025 for a reported €450,000 and has a contract with the Dutch club until 30 June 2028. His current market value is listed at €16m.

The midfielder has made one Eredivisie appearance for Feyenoord in the 2026-27 season, featuring without starting and recording no goals or assists. He remains part of a squad that has used him sparingly at the beginning of the campaign.

Targhalline’s potential move to Bologna would represent a return to France’s European neighbours after his progression through Marseille’s system and a spell at Le Havre. He helped Le Havre win the French second tier and secure promotion in the 2022-23 season before moving to Feyenoord.

Internationally, Targhalline was part of Morocco’s Africa Cup of Nations-winning side in 2025. He also won the Under-23 Africa Cup with Morocco in 2023 and was involved in the team that finished third at the 2024 Olympic Games.

The rumour comes with Targhalline tied to Feyenoord for two more seasons beyond the current campaign, while his €16m valuation provides an indication of the financial scale of any potential agreement.
