Warren Bondo could leave AC Milan during the January transfer window, with Bologna interested in signing the 23-year-old midfielder.
Bondo does not appear to be part of the Rossoneri’s current plans, and Bologna have already made enquiries about his situation ahead of a possible move in January, according to Nicolo Schira.
Bologna are considering a loan deal with an option to buy. The proposed arrangement would allow the club to strengthen its midfield while retaining the possibility of making the move permanent, depending on Bondo’s performances.
The midfielder’s relationship with Raffaele Palladino could also influence the negotiations. Bondo and Palladino worked together at Monza, and that previous experience may be a factor as the player considers his next destination.
Bondo is under contract with AC Milan until June 2029 and is currently valued at 4 million euros by Transfermarkt. A move this winter could give him more regular playing time and an opportunity to revive his progress, while Bologna assess the terms of a potential transfer.
