Bilal Laurendon: Morocco-France goalkeeper linked with Valencia move

Bilal Laurendon, the Morocco-France goalkeeper currently without a club, is being linked with a move to LaLiga side Valencia. The 20-year-old is understood to be under consideration as the Spanish club assess options to strengthen their goalkeeping department ahead of the new season.

Laurendon, born in Gonesse in February 2006 and standing at 1.93m, left Paris Saint-Germain this summer and is listed as unattached as of 1 July 2026. His availability as a free agent is thought to make him an attractive target for clubs looking to add depth in goal without committing a transfer fee.

A right-footed goalkeeper, Laurendon has risen through the ranks in France and enjoyed a highly successful 2025-26 campaign within the PSG setup. He was part of the squad that lifted both the UEFA Champions League and the French league title that season, adding to back-to-back French U19 championships with Paris Saint-Germain U19 in 2023-24 and 2024-25.

Valencia are monitoring the market for young goalkeepers with elite-level experience in top training environments, and Laurendon’s recent honours with PSG have put him on their radar. His dual nationality offers potential flexibility for future international selection, adding another layer of interest for any club securing his signature.
