Galatasaray has received a significant boost with the return of star striker Victor Osimhen to training following an illness that sidelined him during the team’s Turkish Cup clash against Istanbul Basaksehir.
The Nigerian international missed the dramatic cup encounter, which ended in a 2-2 draw.
However, Osimhen’s positive presence in training on Thursday signals his readiness for the upcoming Turkish Super Lig fixture against the same opponent.
Galatasaray will travel to the Basaksehir Fatih Terim Stadium on Saturday, aiming to secure a victory with Osimhen back in the squad.
The 26-year-old has been a standout performer this season, contributing 13 goals and five assists in 16 appearances for the Turkish champions.
