Speaking after the UEFA Super Cup victory against Sevilla in Cardiff, Benzema was unbothered by the prospect of new striker signings. “It’s normal for a club like Madrid to want to buy strikers,” he said, referencing the fierce competition he’s experienced before, having played alongside legends like Raúl, Higuaín, and Adebayor.
