In the early hours of Sunday morning, two supporters of CR Belouizdad football club were involved in a traffic accident in the province of Djelfa while en route to the city of El Bayadh.
The unfortunate incident occurred as they were heading to witness the match against Mouloudia El Bayadh, scheduled to take place at the “Zakaria-Madjeoub” stadium, a fixture belatedly added to the 12th round of the Professional League.
CR Belouizdad’s administration promptly released an official statement via its social media channels expressing heartfelt wishes for the swift recovery of the supporters.
The statement extended prayers for their health and well-being, hoping they are shielded from any harm.
The club’s management also took the opportunity to call upon all fans to exercise vigilance and caution while driving, emphasizing the importance of a safe return home following the match.
This appeal aligns with a broader commitment to ensuring the well-being of the club’s supporters, urging them to prioritize safety on the roads.
As the football community rallies around these unfortunate events, the management’s compassionate response highlights the deep connection between football clubs and their supporters, transcending the boundaries of the sport itself.
