Among the women, Valary Jemeli Aiyabei emerged victorious, crossing the finish line in 2 hours, 37 minutes, and 7 seconds. Hellen Jepkosgei Kimutai secured the second position, showcasing Kenya’s dominance in the event. Yenealem Ayano Buli from Ethiopia clinched the third spot in the women’s category.
