Capa Barry, the goalkeeper of the Ivory Coast national team and Lokeren, is expected to be sidelined for around two months due to a shoulder injury. The injury occurred during the warm-up of a match against Zulte-Waregem. Medical examination revealed a small tear in the tendon in the shoulder. Lokeren is not considering surgery for the 33-year-old goalkeeper, and his unavailability is estimated to be between six and eight weeks. This means he is likely to miss the Ivory Coast’s next match against Gambia on March 22 in the 2014 World Cup qualifiers.
