Bedi Mbenza has decided to file a complaint against Club Africain for unilateral breach of contract. The Congolese player found himself without a club after the termination of his contract by the Tunisian team. Mbenza, who signed for the club in 2012, played only seven games before getting injured last season. The breach of contract was reportedly due to his unavailability, and he almost found himself out of the club for the purchase of another foreign player. Mbenza and his lawyers have turned to FIFA.
