Voting for the BBC African Footballer of the Year award is set to conclude, and five outstanding footballers are in contention for the prestigious title. The nominees are Ivorian Yaya Touré, Gabonese Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Burkinabe Jonathan Pitroipa, and Nigerians John Obi Mikel and Victor Moses.
The successor to the previous year’s winner, Zambian Christopher Katongo, will be revealed soon. The voting period ends on Monday at 6 p.m. GMT.
