Bayern Munich are reportedly showing strong interest in Ivory Coast winger Yan Diomande, with the teenage attacker emerging as a potential transfer target for the German champions.
According to a German source, the 19-year-old RB Leipzig talent is already on Bayern’s shortlist ahead of next summer, as the club continues to assess options to strengthen their attacking wide positions.
Bayern are said to be keen on adding a top young talent for the wing, with a preference for reinforcing the left side.
As part of their ongoing planning, the club is monitoring several candidates, with Cologne’s highly rated youngster Saïd El Mala still considered a leading option.
A close source notes that the final decision is likely to hinge on financial considerations, with the transfer fee expected to play a decisive role. Diomande is under contract with RB Leipzig until 2030 and does not have a release clause, which could complicate negotiations.
A potential move for the Ivorian winger is believed to be more realistic after the 2026 FIFA World Cup, as Bayern continue to weigh their long-term options in the transfer market.
