German Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen are pushing to secure the signing of France-born defender of Ivorian descent, Loïc Badé, to augment their squad.
According to reports, the German outfit has presented a concrete bid to Sevilla in hopes of securing the services of the defender.
The proposed deal reportedly includes attractive terms, with a contract running until the summer of 2030.
While Sevilla are not actively seeking to part ways with the defender, they have set a clear asking price, believed to be in the range of €25 to €30 million.
The potential move also aligns with coach Erik ten Hag’s tactical plans, as a switch to a back-three formation would reduce the need for a traditional right-back, making the acquisition of Badé an even more strategic addition.
Checks have revealed that although Loïc Badé is open to moving this summer, he is not looking to revolt to push for a move away from Sevilla.
