Djibril Cissé, who faced off against Ibrahimovic in a Ligue 1 match on Saturday, voiced strong discontent with his behavior on the field. “I’m not a fan of Ibra. He goes too far. He lacks humility,” stated the French international in an interview with the newspaper Today in France. “Just because he’s a standout player doesn’t justify looking down on others or disrespecting players who may not possess his level of talent. There were a couple of things he said on the pitch that bothered me. That’s my issue with him. He probably doesn’t care because I’m insignificant to him, and he won’t bother reading my opinion, but that’s not cool.”
