Neymar, the new recruit for FC Barcelona, has expressed his strong belief in God. In response to questions about his life, the Brazilian footballer emphasized the significance of religion for him. Neymar attributes everything he has to God, expressing gratitude for the blessings he has received.
He stated, “Religion is everything to me. That’s all for me. God has always helped me, everything I have, he gave it to me. I thank him every day.” Despite his busy schedule, Neymar makes an effort to attend the Baptist church he has been part of since childhood whenever he can. Additionally, he mentioned that he continues to give a tenth of everything he earns.
Neymar is not the only Brazilian footballer to openly express his faith. He acknowledged Kaka as a great guy and an example to follow. While recognizing differences in how individuals experience their religion, Neymar has been open about his evangelical beliefs and church attendance, emphasizing that there’s no mystery about it.
