The Union of Chinese Associations in Catalonia, the Confucius Institute of Barcelona, and the House of Asia organized the traditional Chinese Dragon performance and Lion dance.
Marking the Year of the Horse, Barça players Neymar, Piqué, Pedro, and Sergi Roberto participated in the festivities by holding Chinese fans.
However, despite the celebration, Messi and his teammates suffered a 2-3 defeat against Valencia.
