FC Nantes faces a dispute with the United Arab Emirates team, Al Nasr, over the transfer of Ismaël Bangoura. The Emirati club accuses Nantes of signing the Guinean striker in January 2012 while he was still under contract. The club was ordered to pay 4.5 million to Al Nasr and faced a one-year transfer ban. FC Nantes president, Waldemar Kita, has approached the Court of Arbitration for Sport to resolve the matter. The hearing is scheduled for Thursday.
