Back-to-back Champions League wins put Paris Saint-Germain on top at 2026 Ballon d’Or

Paris Saint-Germain were named the world’s best men’s club at the 2026 Ballon d’Or awards ceremony, held at the London Palladium on Monday evening.

The French club secured the honour after winning the UEFA Champions League for a second consecutive time. They faced competition from Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Bodø/Glimt and Flamengo, who completed the final shortlist.

Ousmane Dembele, who won the Ballon d’Or last year, accepted the award on behalf of Paris Saint-Germain. His appearance underlined the club’s growing status in European and world football.

The award means Paris Saint-Germain have retained the men’s club of the year prize at the ceremony organised by France Football.
