Bayern Munich are being linked with a move for Lille midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi, with the Bundesliga champions monitoring the highly rated teenager’s situation in France.

The 18-year-old central midfielder, who represents Lille’s first team and is listed with a market value of €30.00m, is the subject of transfer speculation over a potential switch from Ligue 1 to the Bundesliga, according to data compiled on 7 December 2025. The reported probability of the move remains unclear, with the likelihood marked only as “?”, underlining that talks, if any, are at a very early stage.

Bouaddi is currently on Lille’s books and there is no confirmed contract end date in the available information, meaning a number of scenarios – including a future free-agent exit – remain possible if no new agreement is reached. For now, however, any transfer to Bayern Munich remains a rumour rather than an imminent deal.

Born on 2 October 2007 in Senlis, the right-footed midfielder has progressed through Lille’s academy structure, moving from LOSC Lille Youth to the U17s in 2022, then to the U19s in early 2023 before stepping up to the senior side in July 2023. He has been playing his club football exclusively in France, within the Lille system, after an earlier spell at AFC Creil Jugend.

Bouaddi’s stock has risen sharply over the last two years. His market value climbed from €5m in December 2023 to €10m by October 2024, then surged further to €25m in December 2024 before reaching its current €30m valuation in October 2025. The 1.86m midfielder, who holds both French and Moroccan nationality, is regarded as a central option capable of operating in the middle of the park for LOSC Lille.

With Bayern traditionally keen to secure emerging European talent, any concrete move for Bouaddi would be viewed as a significant next step in his development – one that could dramatically shape his career trajectory, reputation and future role at the top level if the transfer ever comes to fruition.
