Ayoub Jabbari commits to Paris FC for two more seasons
Ayoub Jabbari, the Moroccan striker whose arrival at Paris FC initially aimed to bolster the reserve team, has inked a contract extension, prolonging his Parisian journey for an additional two seasons.
Paris FC, the capital club, announced on Tuesday the formalization of Jabbari’s contract extension, citing his pivotal role in the team’s setup.
Despite his original designation for the reserve squad, the 24-year-old forward has managed to carve out a significant presence within the first team, featuring in 14 matches this season and contributing with three goals and two assists.
François Ferracci, the sporting director of Paris FC, expressed his satisfaction with Jabbari’s progress and the decision to extend his contract, stating, “I am happy that we are continuing with Ayoub.
It is a success for the club. He initially came to strengthen the reserve, but through his determination and work, he managed to play regularly in the first team.”
Jabbari’s journey to Paris FC saw him transition from his training grounds in Rabat, Morocco, to Chartres before venturing into European football with stints at Caen and Racing de Santander in Spain.
His transfer to Paris FC last summer marked a significant milestone in his career, and his continued development has solidified his place within the team’s plans.
Now committed to Paris FC until 2026, Jabbari’s market value, as assessed by Transfermarkt, stands at €150,000.
With his trajectory pointing upwards and his potential yet to be fully realized, Jabbari’s extension underscores the club’s faith in his abilities and their commitment to nurturing talent within their ranks.
