Australia v Cameroon: Official line-ups confirmed for FIFA Series clash
Australia and Cameroon have confirmed their starting line-ups ahead of their FIFA Series 2026 friendly, set to take place at Accor Stadium on 27 March.
The match, scheduled for a 9:10 GMT kick-off in Sydney, brings together two national sides eager to test their squads in an international setting.
Both teams are expected to use the fixture to assess combinations and sharpen their approach as they continue preparations beyond the current window.
For Cameroon national football team, head coach David Pagou has named a starting eleven featuring Epassy in goal, supported in defence by Che M., Kotto and Moungam.
Namaso and Ambina are included in midfield, alongside Avom and O. Kandem, while Fosso, Yongwa and Kofane lead the attacking line.
The Cameroonian side will be looking to impose themselves early, with a blend of defensive structure and attacking intent reflected in their selection.
Meanwhile, Australia national football team coach Tony Popovic has opted for a line-up led by goalkeeper Ryan. The defensive unit includes Italiano, Geria, Circati and Herrington, while Bos, O’Neill and Metcalfe are positioned in midfield.
Further forward, McGree and Boyle provide support behind striker Juric, as Australia aim to make use of their home advantage in front of the Sydney crowd.
The encounter forms part of the wider FIFA Series programme, offering both teams an opportunity to evaluate their options and maintain competitive rhythm.
Although a friendly fixture, the match is expected to be contested with intensity as each side looks to secure a positive result.
With both line-ups now confirmed, attention turns to the pitch as Australia and Cameroon prepare to face off in what promises to be a closely watched international meeting.
