In a recent Asian Champions League match against Al Jazira, Gyan scored his 8th goal in 7 matches, helping his team secure a 2-1 victory in the quarter-final first leg.
Gyan’s prolific scoring hasn’t been limited to continental competitions. In the UAE league, he has scored an impressive 28 goals so far, putting him in contention for his third Golden Shoe in the Gulf region. Additionally, Gyan recently reached a milestone by scoring his 100th goal in the Emirates, further cementing his status as one of the top strikers in Asian football.
