Asamoah Gyan, the Ghanaian striker and record goal scorer for the national team, confirmed that he had the opportunity to join Galatasaray in Turkey during the summer transfer window. The Turkish club made an offer for the Al Ain striker in the United Arab Emirates, including a permanent transfer and a weekly salary of 150,000 euros. However, the deal did not materialize as the financial terms were not in line with Gyan’s existing earnings in the Gulf. Gyan expressed his intention to continue working and keep his options open for the future.
