AS FAR travel to Saïdia for crucial RS Berkane CL decider
AS FAR have set off for the coastal city of Saïdia, Morocco, as they fine-tune preparations for the decisive second leg of their CAF Champions League semi-final clash against RS Berkane.
The Rabat-based side departed from Rabat-Salé Airport en route to Oujda, where they will continue their journey to Saïdia as part of their final build-up to the crucial encounter.
As part of their schedule, the team is expected to hold a training session on Thursday night at the Saïdia sports complex, with media granted access to observe proceedings.
Preparations will then shift to the match venue, as AS FAR complete their final training session on Friday at the Berkane Municipal Stadium.
AS FAR head into the fixture in a strong position following a commanding 2–0 victory in the first leg at the Moulay Abdellah Stadium.
Goals from Ahmed Hammoudan and Khaled Aït Ouarkhane have handed the team a valuable cushion ahead of the return leg.
The decisive encounter is set to take place on Saturday night at 8:00 PM at the Berkane Municipal Stadium, where AS FAR will aim to protect their advantage and secure a place in the final.
