AS FAR fans end boycott following stadium agreement

AS FAR supporters have called off their planned boycott of the club’s matches this season after the team was initially banned from hosting games at Moulay Abdellah Stadium and required to play at the Olympic Stadium.

The reversal follows assurances from club officials that, following the conclusion of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations later this year, the team will receive a special license allowing it to play at Moulay Abdellah Stadium under exceptional circumstances—specifically for high-profile league fixtures and if the club reaches the group stage of the CAF Champions League.

This marks the Royal Army’s return to Rabat after two seasons spent hosting matches in Kenitra, El Jadida, and Marrakech due to the temporary closure of the capital’s stadiums.

The club will kick off its Moroccan League campaign next Saturday against Ittihad Yaacoub El Mansour.
