According to Moroccan outlet Le360 Sport, Arsenal have sent scouts to monitor youngster Ibrahim Salah, who plays for Stade Rennes in the French Ligue 1.
The same outlet reported several clubs, including Valencia, Lille, and a Belgian club, are also keen on the Moroccan youngster as they wanted to pounce on him during the summer.
Arsenal have been serious about the prospect as they keep a close eye on the young Moroccan forward.
Having scored 5 goals in 15 games this season, he scored a couple of goals also for the B Team of Stade Rennais earlier this month.
The 22-year-old forward only made his debut for the Atlas Lions this year. During summer time 2023, Salah was also very influential among the Moroccan setup that won the U23 AFCON on home soil.
The young forward had his breakthrough last season as he scored 3 times in 11 starts at KAA Gent in the Belgian Jupiler League.
Rennes took advantage of his emergence and signed him during the last winter transfer window in a contract that will last till 2027.
Even though he is still in the early stages of his career but Arsenal continues to keep a close tab on the young Morocco international.
